Foundation Salsa (入門)

適合零基礎(chǔ)者。無需自帶舞伴或任何舞蹈基礎(chǔ)。你能在這課程上學(xué)習(xí)不同的Salsa基本舞步，節(jié)奏，框架，雙人連接，簡單旋轉(zhuǎn)和引帶跟隨。穩(wěn)定，踏實的基本功是我們不變的宗旨。Ideal for absolute beginners. No dance background or partner is required. In this course you will learn the basic steps, timing, structure, simple turns and patterns. Start dancing TODAY! 

Beginner Salsa (初級)

更多好玩開始了！在這個課程學(xué)習(xí)更多的Salsa步伐的變化，套路和引帶跟隨技術(shù)以及單人展現(xiàn)舞步(Shines)。這個課程同樣適用于已學(xué)過其他Salsa風(fēng)格的學(xué)員。Time to have more fun! Learn more interesting variations of the salsa basic steps, turn patterns and shines (solo dance steps).  This class is suitable for those who have learnt other styles of Salsa (for example Cuban or On1 salsa).

Improvers Salsa (*) 

該課程的學(xué)員應(yīng)該先熟練掌握之前課程所教授的核心內(nèi)容。這課程里你能學(xué)習(xí)一系列的雙人舞步進(jìn)一步練習(xí)如何轉(zhuǎn)換重心，保持平衡，展現(xiàn)良好姿態(tài)以及引帶和跟隨的技巧。同時，您也將學(xué)到更為有趣的個人展現(xiàn)舞步。這些有趣的舞步根據(jù)不同的舞蹈音樂和節(jié)奏而定。另外，您也將開始學(xué)習(xí)多圈旋轉(zhuǎn)。Students at this level should know the timing and correct steps for core moves taught in the earlier levels. Improver students will learn a set of key moves and training exercises to improve your weight-shift, balance and lead/follow techniques.  You will also start to learn interesting shines to different timing and rhythm, and learn the preparation for multiple spins.

Intermediate Salsa (中級)

您將繼續(xù)學(xué)習(xí)和掌握一些更為核心的舞步，并嘗試以多種形式更為輕松的跳出這些舞步。 在這個階段，我們將更加強(qiáng)調(diào)引帶和跟隨，以使您的舞步更加流暢。同時，學(xué)生也進(jìn)一步練習(xí)多圈旋轉(zhuǎn)。在這個階段，難度挑戰(zhàn)加強(qiáng)，對學(xué)生也有進(jìn)一步的練習(xí)要求。Get ready for more excitement! You will continue to master a set of core fundamental moves and learn different ways to execute these moves with greater ease (with emphasis on lead and follow). Students will learn to lead and execute multiple spins as well as turns.

Advance Salsa (高級)

具有挑戰(zhàn)性的課程。學(xué)員應(yīng)有扎實的Salsa舞步基礎(chǔ)。學(xué)習(xí)炫目的旋轉(zhuǎn)和漂亮并高難度的舞步，學(xué)習(xí)更高的引帶和跟隨技巧。課程將強(qiáng)調(diào)如何玩音樂。This is a challenging course that requires you to have a sound grasp of the fundamentals. Students are expected to have a high level of competency in leading and following, and followers should be able to execute multiple spins and turns with ease. Advance students will learn difficult yet leadable turn patterns requiring a high level of skill and technical proficiency, advance shines and with greater emphasis on playing with the music.
