Hello, my name is Andrew.  I am from California, USA.  It is a very beautiful place because of its sunny blue skies and because it is very close to the Pacific Ocean.  My favorite place in California is Monterey Bay.  It is a very famous area of California known for its beaches and protected marine life.  On low tides you can walk on the rocks and see lots of different marine life.  Some of my favorites are the harbor seals and sea otters.
